Shipping processing times, speeds, and methods

  • Each vendor sets their own processing times, speeds and methods.
  • Each vendor will have different shipping options and may have multiple shipping speeds, or just one. These will be available for review at checkout. You may also contact the vendor directly before checking out to discuss shipping offerings.
  • If you are checking out with multiple vendors at once, each vendor’s shipping options will show up at checkout, much like Amazon.

Change a wrong shipping address or cancel an order

Please contact the vendor if you need an address change, and they will let you know if it is possible or not, and next steps to take.

Finding your order in your account

  1. Log in to your account from the My Account dropdown on the top right.
  2. In the My Account dropdown, select Orders to view all of your orders.
  3. In order to see a specific order, click on the order number itself.

Order status

Within your account, under orders, each order will have a status:

Paid - your order has been paid for and is being process

  • Complete - your order has shipped
  • Canceled - if the order has been canceled for any reason
  • Partial/Full Return or Exchange - if a partial or full return, or exchange is being processed.

Tracking information Not all vendors provide tracking information. If they do provide it, it will be included your email that is sent when your order is complete and shipping. It would also be available in your Orders, within your account. Simply click on the order number to view the individual order page.

Report a problem with an order Please contact the vendor directly if you have a problem with an order such as:

  • Order never arrived
  • Order is not as described

If you have contacted the vendor and do not get a response within 7 days or have an issue that you are not able to resolve with the vendor, please email [email protected].

How to return or exchange

If you have an account:
  1. Log in to your account from the My Account dropdown on the top right.
  2. In the My Account dropdown, select Orders to view all of your orders.
  3. In order to see a specific order, click on the order number itself.
  4. At the top left, click Request a replacement or Refund
  5. From the dropdown at the top right, select whether you would like the item replaced or you would like a refund.
  6. Click the box next to the items you would like to replace or return and select the reason from the dropdown on the left.
  7. Fill out any comments for the vendor.
  8. Click Return.
  9. To see the status of your return/exchange at any time, click on the order number under Orders in your account, and then click Order returns at the top right.

If you checked out as a guest: The quickest and easiest way to request a return or exchange is to create an account with the email address you used for the order and follow the steps above. Please do this as soon as possible.
